Different Roles In The Community - Social Media

When we handle a set of Audience on Facebook, Twitter, TSU, LinkedIn and other Platforms it is important to understand them. This would be their Mindset, their User Attitude, Behavior OnLine and OffLine and so on. 

What you need to do is make sets and understand them in a single situation given all other things same. 

Apart from this you also need to understand their Response to a particular Post. This means that at times you will have a 'Leader' kind of person in your Conversation, Other times there will be someone 'Who Knows It All' and so on.
